An Introduction from the Parish Priest

I warmly welcome you to our parish website. We hope that this will be a useful introduction to our parish community. Saint Anthony’s is a dynamic and vibrant parish based in Headington, Oxford. You can find details about our Mass times, groups and events from the relevant pages on the website, but the best way to find out about life in our parish is by joining us at one of our services.

Our hall is the community hub of the parish, and is also available to hire for those who would like to run classes, parties, or other private events.

The Saint Anthony of Padua Community Parish Hall is a spacious and light room measuring 14 x 8 metres. The hall is well maintained, with modern interior decor, central heating, lighting, double-glazed windows, and wooden flooring. The ceiling slopes from above the doors shown in the photo from 3 metres up to a maximum height of 5.5.metres. There is a dividing partition which can be pulled across to halve the floor space if two separate areas are needed.

There is a fully equipped kitchen (with a serving hatch through to the hall), with a double sink, fridge freezer, microwave and gas oven with hob. Limited crockery and cutlery are available if needed.

In a cupboard off the hall there are 20 tables and 80 chairs which are available for general use in the hall.

In addition to gender separated WCs the hall has a disabled toilet which houses a baby changing facility.
